You could qualify if:

Your property currently uses a gas, oil, or LPG boiler that will be replaced by a heat pump or biomass system.
You own your home or are a private landlord with consent to make upgrades.
Your property has a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) with no outstanding insulation recommendations.
